I graduated in journalism from UFSM, a public university in southern Brazil, and I have been working as a journalist for almost two decades. Between 2004 and 2005, still during my studies, I participated in the Cultural Journalism Lab of the Rumos program, after a national selection promoted by Itaú Cultural institute with journalism students from different Brazilian states. Since then, I have been working as a freelance journalist, writing long stories for different vehicles in Brazil and abroad. Between 2019 and 2021, I was coordinator and editor-in-chief of the international portal ‘LCB diplomatique,’ based in Berlin: for 80 weeks, I updated the portal every Monday with texts in several languages, written by writers from different parts of the world.
